All Seminars are conducted by Dr. Daniel Dupré, unless
otherwise specified. Workshops in Curitiba, Brazil,
may have two or three assisting Instructors, as participants
may reach 100 to 150.
Dr. Dupré can conduct his Seminars in English, French,
Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German.
To organize a Seminar, first you have to assess the
technical and financial feasibility of the effort.
You may contact us, for us to help you on assessing
Seminar feasibility. We have the experience of hundreds
of Seminars in several countries; we will be glad to
share it with you.
To select Seminar type, participants have to be able
to understand and learn Seminar content. We may help
you on tailoring a Seminar to your reality and needs.
Prior to the Seminar, a Form will be filled for each
participant. At that time, Identity Card or
Passport, and present Degree Certificate will
be required.
Seminar Types
- Taekwon-Do
- Basic: body mechanics, sine wave motion, basic technique and Tul;
- Advanced ITF applied technique, fighting strategies and flow, and Tul.
- Hapkido Hapkyusul:
- Basic: body mechanics and basic technique;
- Advanced: advance technique, counters and fighting aplication.
- Cheolsusul:
- Basic: usage of Hanbang liniments and basic conditioning;
- Advanced: Hanbang liniment preparation and advanced conditioning. Aplication in Taekwon-Do and Hapkiyusul.
- Kupso Chirigui:
- Basic: theory and application;
- Advanced: applied theory, point selection and fighting strategy using of Kupso Chirigui.
Financial arrangement
Dr. Daniel Dupré understands that in the South American
and African countries, financial reality is always
a major constraint, and we always consider your local
reality when quoting Seminar prices. Our Seminars are
not a for-profit activity, but we have expenses and
activities carried on by the Institute must be covered
each month. Â Prices are per participant and we share
50% with you.
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido Hapkiyusul Basic Seminars require
a minimum of 50 participants.
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido Advanced Seminars require
a minimum of 25 participants.
- Cheolsusul and Kupso Chirigui
Seminars require
a minimum of 25 participants.
A non-refundable guarantee deposit of 25% of the quoted
price is required for booking the seminar. Seminars
must be booked 30 days in advance. If for any reason,
we have to re-scheduled your Seminar, and you desist
of it, your deposit will be refunded.
Payment must be through International Back Draft,
in U$ Dollars, in the account informed in the
Seminar Quote.
Technical arrangements
Age requirements
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido
Hapkiyusul Basic Seminar participants must be 10 years old
or older.
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido Hapkiyusul Advanced Seminar
participants must be 16 years old or older.
- Cheolsonsul and
Kupso Chirigui Seminar participants must be 18 years
old or older.
Level requirements
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido
Hapkiyusul Basic Seminars are open to any Style.
- Taekwon-Do and Hapkido Hapkiyusul Advanced Seminars are only for Taekwon-do and Hapkido students with at least 1st Kup level.
- Cheolsonsul and Kupso Chirigui
participants must always start with the Basic Seminar.
- Cheolsonsul Advance and Kupso Chirigui
Basic and Advance Seminar participants should have finished
their Secondary School, to have some
Biology and Human Anatomy background. Participants are required to have knowlege in Human Anatomy and Biology.
Facilities requirements
- Hapkido Hapkiyusul (Basic and Advanced) and Kupso Chirigui Advanced Seminars are to be
held in facilities with mats.
- Teakwon-Do and Hapkido Hapkiyusul Seminars are to be held
in facilities with, at least, 9 m2 per
participant of training space.
Spectators
Spectators are not permited. As we
understand that you need to promote and advertise your
School, you may arrange an introductory
event, open to the public and press, the night of the day before
the Seminar.
Filming and Photographs
Filming and taking photographs are only permitted
at the end of the Seminar.
Certificates
Certificates will be issued at the end of the Seminar,
for all participants.
