The Iron Hand is an ancient training method of body conditioning to develop ("as hard as iron") hands, feet and body into hard and effective weapons, without injuring yourself. Its origin is Chinese and was adapted and modified by almost every Oriental culture and Martial Arts tradition.

Here we introduce you to an advanced conditioning method, combining standard Taekwon-Do conditioning techniques, varied forging tools, Hanbang liniments and breathing techniques. Training is performed through very specific procedures to maximize results.

We call this method as Cheolsu Method, and is based in more than 25 years of research into herbal and traditional knowledge from Korea and other Oriental countries.

The history of Korean herbology (Hanbang) intermingles with Traditional Oriental Herbology as a whole, and is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world.

In this area you will find a section dedicated to the traditional use of Hanbang ingredients in the Martial Arts training. We offer recipes of special liniments to prevent and heal trauma injuries, assist you in conditioning training (thickening the skin, and strengthening tendons, ligaments and bones), and to promote Ki development.

With our liniment formulae you can dissolve swollen bruises and blood clots just in a few hours after training.

Kupso Chirigui, or vital points striking, in Korean language, is an ubiquitous skill, reserved for trusted disciples of traditional martial arts schools.

Much is being speculated about it, but far less is understood. Kupso are specific spots in the human body that can be manipulated (by strikes or pressure) to produce varied levels of damage, depending on the spot or combination of spots being attacked.

In this section you will find the theoretical basis of Kupso Chirigui, and basic procedures to use it in self defense situations.
